The TDS ( Total Dissolved Solids) meter is placed on the Product output of the TruBru system typically. We are then measuring live the TDS of the water anytime the TruBru system is running. These sensors feed the information back to the onboard controller allowing you to see the "trends" of the water. This data is stored and can be looked at backwards for historical context. TDS sensors can also be placed in other key locations of your brewery.
