The flow meter is placed either on the on the Product output of the TruBru system or on the water input typically. We are then measuring live eaxactly how much water is being produced or used. Dual meter, a meter on the Product and a meter on the incoming will provide you 3 valvue - Total Product water, Total Brine (waste water) and Total water used) anytime the TruBru system is running. These sensors feed the information back to the onboard controller allowing you to see the "trends" of the water. This data is stored and can be looked at backwards for historical context. Flow meters can also be placed in other key locations of your brewery.
